She sits on her deck.
In the silence come
the hard crackling creakling of cricketers
Shoooommmm of a semi truck on the highway.
the zoom zooom zooooooooom of a motorcycle on the
road in front of her house.
the soft tap tap as she typed on her laptop.
woof, woof say the dogs at something in the
backyard.
In her life these sound stayed the same,
but her life changed and changed as she grew up in
this house.
"the soft tap tap as she typed on her laptop" loved this line, very musical to me :)
